Deliverables
REST APIs, React Native app, React web version, CRM with a lead funnel, WhatsApp chat, automations

The problem

The platform served patients, doctors, and the sales team. Patients and doctors needed scheduling, history, and real-time online care. The sales team received leads from landing pages, campaigns, and other channels, which had to be centralized in a funnel and handled over WhatsApp.

What was done

Thiago developed video calls and online care with WebRTC and WebSocket, and REST APIs in Node.js, Express, and MySQL for scheduling, history, and appointments. He built the React Native app and a React web version that mirrors the app. In the multi-tenant backoffice, he built in Vanilla JavaScript a CRM with a Kanban lead funnel and the agent chat integrated with the official WhatsApp Business API via Twilio, with webhooks, templates, and attachments. He set up scheduled jobs with node-cron (emails via SendGrid, push via Firebase), background processing, a report engine, and deployment on AWS with PM2.

What changed

Patients could check their history, schedule, and be seen in the browser as well as in the app. Leads from several channels were centralized in a funnel, distributed by funnel and by company, and the agent could chat over WhatsApp in real time, inside the backoffice. Birthday emails, push notifications, and sync routines ran as automated journeys.
